How to Print to a Network Printer
1. Click the "Start" button on your Windows XP tool bar.
2. Double click "Printers and Faxes."
3. Click "Add A Printer" in the Printer Tasks box at the top left of the window. This will launch the Add
Printer Wizard.
4. kick the Local Printer option. Un-check the "Automatically detect and install" option. Click the "Next" button.
5. Click the "Create a new port" option. Choose "Standard TCP/IP Port" from the drop down list. Click
the Next button. This will launch the Add Standard TCP/IP Printer Port Wizard.
6. Click the "Next" button in the Add Standard TCP/IP Printer Port Wizard window.
7. Type the IP address in the Printer Name or IP Address field. Click the "Next" button.
8. Click the "Finish" button.
